AICT was established in 1988 and we have more than 19 years of experience in delivering IT and Business related programs and courses for local and international students, along with corporate clients and individual professionals. We are a West Australian based college and are recognized by the Australian Government as one of the leading Commerce and Technology Institutes. Our training Centre is located in Subiaco, which is about 5kms outside the Perth CBD.Many of our courses provide a pathway for graduates to articulate to Australian Universities. Our own selection criterion is rigid and we will only accept students who meet this criterion. Through practical training, you gain hands on experience and training that provides a clear pathway for employment. AICT is a member of ACPET, Australian Council for Private Education and Training the national industry association for independent providers of post-compulsory education and training, for Australian and international students.
This means that all courses we conduct are accredited by the appropriate authority and provide special guarantees for international students. We abide by strict regulations covering the fair treatment of students. All security fees paid in advance are audited and monitored by state and federal governments. This is to protect students from improper use of fees by a school or college, and guarantees students receive the education for which they have paid.

Location & Facilities
Our training Centre is located in Subiaco, which is about 5kms outside the Perth CBD. It is easily accessible by public transport and close to the main Subiaco Train Station. Subiaco is a vibrant cultural district of Perth and is home to many popular restaurants, entertainment venues and botique shopping outlets. A few places of note include The Subiaco Football Oval – which features Australian Rules football matches, concerts and other sporting events, The Regal Theatre and the famous Subiaco Markets.
Choose to study in Perth by making it an experience to remember. Perth is the capital city of Western Australia. Around 1.6 million people live here, spreading from Joondalup in the North to Mundairing in the East and Rockingham in the South. The two most dominating natural landscapes of the City are King’s Park to the West and the Swan River. These make Perth not only a great city to live in, but a beautiful one!
Prior to course commencement AICT Staff will provide an Orientation Program that is designed to provide information concerning the course you are enrolling in. AICT Staff remain available for any concerns that you may have with regard to study or education information.
Additional support services are available by contacting the Overseas Contact Officer, who is available to discuss and provide assistance in all areas of your welfare including your accommodation needs, health cover. Students with visa inquiries will be directed to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
