Facilities
The Institute for advanced architecture of Catalonia is located in the neighborhood of Poble Nou, in a refurbished industrial building. The building has been completely renovated for modern use, but still maintains a romantic industrial atmosphere.

The Institute provides students with a high quality and solid information infrastructure, including e-mail, wireless internet connection, and server service. Network ports located throughout the studios allow students to have their own computers at their drafting station.

List of Department
The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia offers a four-phase(plus one optional extension phase) Master program in Architecture and Urbanism jointly organized with the FundaciÃ³ PolitÃ¨cnica de Catalunya.

The program has an innovative format that allows the students to create their own academic agenda in an open structure of studios and seminars, based on territorial, urban, architectural and parametrical approaches to design research.
