Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland is one of the world's leading hospitality educational establishments, offering a truly unique
opportunity for you to embark on a successful career in tourism and hotel management.
Mission Statement
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland offers world-class hospitality business education. Our priorities are academic rigour, Swiss professional training,
multicultural awareness and a caring approach to the personal development of our students. We are proud of our worldwide network of hospitality employers
and alumni. Our graduates are industry professionals and leaders who exceed customer and employer expectations through their persistent dedication to
excellence.
Academic Director, Professor John Swarbrooke, has developed a new initiative within the Leadership Programme that gives students the chance to undertake
real-life consultancy projects requested by hotels. At Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland this internationalism begins on campus, where over 60 nationalities
are represented. 'The customer is never wrong'
Cesar Ritz is also responsible for the origins of this philosophy that is widely used as a fundamental of customer service in every industry. His tradition
of luxury, excellence and service in the hospitality industry has set the standard for hotels and restaurants throughout the world.
The philosophy and tradition of Cesar Ritz lives on at our hotel management school. During the annual EuroCHRIE conference held in Amsterdam this year, Mr
George Ortiz was honoured with the Nestle Pro Gastronomia foundation award.
Cesar Ritz Colleges is recognized by the Swiss Hotel School Association (ASEH). EduQua ensures the quality of educational institutions by setting minimum
standards and supports quality improvements in its certified institutions.
We are the only Swiss hotel school to receive the prestigious tedQual certification from the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
The Higher Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management and in Culinary Studies, and Bachelor and Master of International Business, are accredited by the State
of Valais. The accreditation authority is the 'Conseil de la Formation et de la Recherche Universitaires (CoFRU)', established under the auspices of the
State of Valais Department of Education, Culture and Sport, Switzerland.

The rooms are non-smoking and are cleaned weekly and restocked with fresh towels and linen.
Both campuses have well-equipped fitness rooms as well as outdoor sports facilities including a private football field and a basketball court in Le
